How do you possibly sum yourself up in such a short little space? Well, some words I'd use to describe myself are high-spirited, genuine, adventurous, crazy, outgoing, romantic, athletic, exciting, passionate, determined, and happy to be alive. I've graduated with 3 degrees, done performance art around the world, authored and published a book, produced 4 documentaries, am a licensed Scuba Rescue Diver, a certified wildland firefighter, an NPC bodybuilder, a Certified Nursing Assistant, and now am working as the weekend anchor and weekday reporter for CBS and NBC up here in Minnesota. Live big and always follow your dreams! Busy Busy Busy! I'm really not sure what else to say, but that I do suck the marrow out of life! 90% of the time I wake up and I'm excited to see what the day has in store. I treasure my friends and my family as I know I would be nearly nothing without them.

I like mostly everything. However, as I type this I'm thinking of a whole bunch of songs that I don't like. Overall, I appreciate the music for what it is- music.
